That’s why our team recently decided to change things up a bit and create an all-new dinner menu. New flavors, new pairings, same great quality and price that you’d expect from a meal at State & Allen.
Our Bistro menu is loaded with new dishes that are sure to become your new go-to favorites. What’s your favorite protein? We’ve got a little bit of everything, so there is something for everyone.
· Chicken: Chicken and pasta, roasted chicken, spicy chicken and rice, we’ve got the variety you crave. Try our Tomato Braised Chicken with Mushroom Ravioli. Or maybe a little comfort food? Our half roasted chicken is served with buttery smashed potatoes, grilled corn, drizzled with a lemon, thyme sauce and homemade crispy onions. Perfect for a cold Fall evening.
· Seafood: Fresh salmon, shrimp, and a variety of market fresh seafood are all served to please. Feeling adventurous? Go for the Proscuitto Wrapped Scottish Salmon. It’s flaky salmon wrapped in tender prosciutto and served with seasonal veggies, creamy polenta, and an arugula pesto. Or if you enjoy the traditional shrimp fettuccine, then try our take on it with sundried tomatoes and bacon.
· Steak & Pork: Ask your server for our daily steak and Porterhouse Pork menus. Because our chefs are always on the look out for the best meats, our menus vary daily, bringing you the most tender, premium steaks.
