Upcoming Event: Goose Island Beer Dinner

We all love a prix fixe menu. Combine a delicious four course meal with one of our favorite brands of beers, and we’re sold!

Join us on July 24 at 7:30pm for a Goose Island Beer Dinner. The meal will be four courses, each served with a pairing from Goose Island Beers. Price is $39 a person. Full-menu is as follows:

First Course

Goose Island Honkers Ale: a perfectly balanced, classic beer with a decadent malt middle and a fruity aroma.

Crispy Shrimp Spring Roll

Smoked Fresno Gastrique


Second Course

Goose Island Matilda: a Belgian Style Pale Ale, with hints of dried fruit and clove aromas, a dash of spice, and a dry finish.

Pork Rillettes

Pork Belly, Shallots, Hawaiian Bread, Valencia Marmalade, Mizuna


Third Course

Goose Island Honkers Ale

Half a Hen

Sorrel, Dubliner Potato Gratin, Pan Gravy


Fourth Course

Goose Island Bourbon County Stout: a thick, dark beer with hints of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, smoke, and the bourbon barrel it was aged in. They say it’s more flavorful than a whole case of your average beer.
