Yall – if you haven’t ever ordered a burger at State & Allen, then you’re missing out! It’s absolutely one of the best burgers in Dallas. Here are 5 things you don’t know about our long-lost favorite, the burger at State & Allen:
We Use a Signature Meat Patty.
State & Allen patties are made fresh with a signature blend of ground brisket, veal, and chuck unless otherwise stated. The combination of meats provides a great flavor – with tons of juiciness to sink your teeth into.
Two New Burgers Were Recently Added to Our Menu.
Of course, all burger are made-to-order, so technically you can get the burger just how you want it. If you want a signature burger though, we’re got two new ones for you to try! One is the Patty Melt, loaded with gooey cheddar, Swiss and caramelized, beer-drenched onions, all served on a rye bun. The other is the Cubano White Collar, which uses a combination of Kobe beef and Bershire pork in the patty, then is stacked high with ham, pickles, Swiss cheese, and our S&A mustard.
Substitutions are Welcome.
The standard side with our burgers is of course fresh cut French fries, but you are welcome to substitute potato salad, a side salad, sweet potato fries, fruit, or even a cup of soup. Just let us know!
Gluten Free Buns are Available.
At State & Allen, we want to be sensitive to your dietary needs, so if you need a gluten free bun, just ask! Our server can make that happen so you can enjoy all the goodness of one of the best burgers in Dallas!
