The chefs at State & Allen Kitchen + Bar have been working hard to keep the menu fresh, keeping your favorites and rotating in some new menu offerings that are sure to become your new favorites.
The new dinner menu launched earlier this month, including a whole new bistro menu and other new soups, salads, and pastas. Not sure what to try? Here are a few of the new dishes that everyone is talking about!
· Texas Wagyu Burgers: The burgers at State & Allen have long been one of our classic menu items. Offering a turkey burger, bacon avocado burger, bison burger, and now the Texas Wagyu Burger. An amazing, gourmet twist on the mainstay burger, the Wagyu Burger uses 100% Kobe Style Beef, raised right here in the great state of Texas. This premium burger is topped with balsamic glazed shallots and blue cheese, then served on a fresh brioche bun. The result is a burger that even the staunchest foodie can get excited about.
· Bahn Mi Club Sandwich: None of the sandwiches at State & Allen are conventional, and the Bahn Mi Club is no exception. The sandwich features both 5 spice pulled chicken and pork belly seasoned to perfection, pickled slaw, spicy mayo, and a creamy cilantro churri. It’s a southern pulled pork sandwich taken up a notch!
· Oxtail + Sausage Bolognese: One of the highlights of our new bistro menu – available after 6pm each day – is the Oxtail and Sausage Bolognese. What really makes this dish great is that it features homemade pasta, prepared fresh by our chefs at State & Allen. The pasta is then topped with a tomato demi sauce, asaparagus, mozzarella, and of course spicy Italian sausage. You’ll feel like you’ve just had a meal in Venice; it’s just that good.
