Sobelman’s Pub & Grill in Milwaukee, Wisconsin has been making headlines for creating this beast of a beverage, loving known as the Chicken Fried Bloody Beast. No simple celery stalk would do for this bloody. When you order the beast, your drink comes complete with celery, pickles, olives, onions, mushrooms, asparagus, lemon, sausage, shrimp, cheese, the pub’s signature bacon-wrapped jalapeno cheeseballs, and of course one huge fried chicken. And if that seems too decadent for your tastes, then you can order a cheeseburger on top instead.

Well you’re in luck because we’ve got this really cool new thing at State & Allen Kitchen + Bar in Dallas, and we can’t wait for you to come on out and try it!

That’s right. As if our brunches weren’t already fun enough, we thought we’d up the ante and bring you the one and only Bloody Mary Bar in Uptown!
While we won’t be offering giant, golden fried chickens as an option, we have plenty of goodies to help you create the perfect Bloody Mary for your tastes. Extra spicy, olives or no olives, cucumbers vs. carrots, the possibilities are endless.
So this Saturday or Sunday, after you’ve slept off the work week, grab a few friends and join us at State & Allen Kitchen + Bar in Uptown for brunch. You’ll enjoy a delicious meal, an amazing drink menu, and of course our do-it-yourself Bloody Mary Bar. Just don’t expect any whole fried chickens or cheeseburgers. We promise you won’t see any.
