Sweet Potato Pancakes: You guys, these Sweet Potato Pancakes are to die for! Topped with our greek yogurt cream cheese and agave maple syrup – then served with a side of apple chicken sausage, you’ll be wishing every day was brunch at State & Allen.
Egg in a Basket: It’s just what it sounds like. We cook the eggs into the bread, then serve with a side of purple potato and bacon hash. The traditional breakfast just got better.
Blueberry Basil Margarita: It’s almost too pretty to drink! This stunning cocktail is as good as it looks, made with fresh blueberries and basil, a little agave, lime juice, and Dulce Vita tequila.

Bloody Mary Bar: This Bloody Mary is divine. State & Allen has the only Make-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar in Uptown, a fabulous way to start your weekend. Make a bloody that looks this good should be a crime!
Chef Specials: The Chef Specials at State & Allen are one of the reasons our guests come back again and again. Here’s one of our showstoppers: Ribeye steak drizzled in chimichurri sauce, then served with grilled zucchini, red bell peppers, and asparagus. Yum!
