Purple hull peas are one of our favorite summertime vegetables and we love how they meld seamlessly into this warm summer salad. Wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, red bell peppers, pine nuts, goat cheese, olive oil, and Balsamic dressing finish off this delicious salad.
