Not feeling adventurous? That’s okay – because State & Allen has some delicious mainstays. Our State & Allen Chicken Strips were recently named among the best chicken strips in Uptown Dallas by Best Food Feed Dallas, noted for their signature herb and spice coating and amazing dipping sauces (cilantro ranch anyone?!). Another favorite: the Triple Dip. Our Triple Dip is hummus, spinach artichoke dip, and tomato feta salsa all served with warm pitas and tortilla chips. And of course, you can’t go wrong with Crispy Fried Calamari served with cilantro ranch and chili sauce either.
Want a variety of small bites? Go for our Cheese Board or Charcuterie Board. Both pair well with any of the wines on our extensive Dallas wine list, and are overflowing with gourmet cheeses, artisanal cured meats, bacon onion jam, gherkins, marcona almonds, pickled berries, and more.
State & Allen is always coming up with new ways to prove we’re committed to being the best restaurant in Uptown, and the appetizer menu is no exception. We love adding new things, such as the brand new Brick Oven Crab Dip, served with herbed crackers and tortilla chips. YUM! Also new, the Korean Duck Shumai is a form of dumpling served with pickled veggies and gochujang orange sauce.
