We’ll start off with our most popular salad! This is the one that guests rave about, and it’s easy to see why. This filling salad is loaded with chopped romaine, red bell peppers, orange slices, grapes, bacon bits, and chicken, topped in Balsamic Vinaigrette and Caesar dressings. 

 

Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad

 

Looking for something different? This salad boasts an Asian flare with seared rare Ahi tuna, cucumbers, jicama, radish, and carrots, over a bed of Napa cabbage, then drizzled in miso peanut vinaigrette. It’s tangy and fresh, with the perfect balance of flavors. 

 

Warm Spinach & Chicken Paillard Salad

 

Purple hull peas are one of our favorite summertime vegetables and we love how they meld seamlessly into this warm summer salad. Wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, red bell peppers, pine nuts, goat cheese, olive oil, and Balsamic dressing finish off this delicious salad. 

 

Mediterranean Salad

 

A simple salad that many of our customers order on the regular, the Mediterranean salad is classic and delicious. You’ll love the warm pita and hummus served alongside a crisp salad loaded in olives, red peppers, artichokes, and more.
