· Summer Sandwich: This delightful vegetarian gem is just what the doctor ordered when you want something light and flavorful. Loaded with fresh green tomatoes, charred radicchio, squash blossom, Shiso cress salad, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomato aioli all served on rustic Italian bread, it’s sure to impress.
· Blackened Fish Sandwich: Fresh fish is blackened to perfection and then served on your choice of brioche bun or tortilla taco style, then loaded with red tartar and ale slaw. Fresh and delicious!
· Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Craving wings? Give the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich a try. State & Allen in Dallas, TX does it right, tossing crispy chicken breast in sweet cayenne pepper sauce, then serving on a brioche bun with delightful house blue cheese dressing on the side.
· Smoked Turkey Club: State & Allen’s take on the traditional favorite involves delectable smoked turkey layered with bacon, avocado, swiss cheese, and cranberry mayo.
Each sandwich on the menu is served with a choice of side: French fries, potato salad, Caesar salad, side salad, fruit, or cup of soup.
