At State & Allen Kitchen + Bar, having a well-stocked bar with a huge variety of craft beer on tap is one of our highest priorities. That’s why we evaluate our menu each season, incoproating new craft brews you possibly haven’t heard of – or bringing in seasonal microbrews to whet your whistle. Ace Space Blood Orange Craft Cider
Looking for a brew that pairs well with our Dallas brunch? Then this is it! This cider has that tangy, citrusy zest of a mimosa, complete with a little carbonation and a dry finish. If you want something fresh, this Blood Orange Craft is for you!
Breckenridge Summer Pilsner
Hailed from the mountains of Colorado, you’ll feel ready for any adventure when you sip on this crisp Summer pilsner. We love that this Bohemian style pilsner is both floral and earthy, with a subtle spice and sweetness that balances perfectly with each sip. Best for sipping on our Dallas patio on a beautiful Spring day!
Founders Blushing Monk
After dinner, order an ice cold glass of Founders Blushing Monk to finish off your meal. A dessert in and of itself, it’s loaded with berries. You’ll see those berries in its rich red hue and you’ll taste them with every sip. Pairs well with fruit, cheese, and desserts.
Oak Highlands Tipsy Goat
We love supporting local breweries and Oak Highlands has quickly become one of our favorites. Their Tipsy Goat is on tap here at State & Allen and we love the light hops of this beer combined with the malty nose, all wrapped up in a bright golden package.
