We realize salads have gotten a bad rap, so for that reason, our team has worked hard to put together a menu of salads that are unique, healthy, and oh so delicious – just the way a gourmet salad should be. Let us introduce you to some of our favorite gourmet Dallas salads, available for order at lunch or dinner:
Kale & Broccoli Salad
We’ll start with the newest addition to the salad menu. Packed with antioxidants, our kale and broccoli salad is loaded with carrots, cucumbers, fennel, dried blueberries, spiced almonds, goat cheese, and a homemade lemon-herb dressing. It really is a great way to eat your greens and enjoy them too!
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad
Here’s one you won’t find just anywhere: the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad. Fresh Ahi tuna is seared, then sliced and placed on a bed of Napa cabbage, carrots, radish, cucumbers, jicama, peanuts, and our miso peanut vinaigrette. So good and filling, you won’t even realize you “just ordered the salad.”
The perfect go-to Dallas lunch salad, we highly recommend the Mediterranean salad with olives, artichokes, red bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes drizzled in a feta vinaigrette. And bonus: you’ll receive warm pita slices and hummus on the side.
The Original Silver Bowl Salad
No list of State & Allen salads would be complete without mentioning the granddaddy of them all, and our most popular salad – the Silver Bowl Salad! Aptly named because of the silver bowl it comes in, this salad is chock-full of goodness. We start with a bed of romaine lettuce, then pile it high with spicy chicken, orange slices, grapes, red bell peppers, bacon bits, and two dressings – the Caesar and the vinaigrette. So good!!
