It’s not open yet, but we’ll spill the beans: State & Allen is opening a sister restaurant in the Deep Ellum/Downtown Dallas area.
Get ready folks because Ross & Hall is coming this Fall, and we hope you love the concept as much as we do! Here are a few things you need to know about Dallas’ newest restaurant:
Dallas Scratch Kitchen & Beer Garden
While State & Allen has the Dallas scratch kitchen and craft cocktails down to an art, Ross & Hall will take that a step further by offering a full beer garden. That’s right – everything from impeccable craft beers from the likes of Lakewood Brewing Co. to the everyday mainstays like Miller Lite will be on tap. Your favorite brews and plenty of new ones to try – all ice cold and ready to be enjoyed. But know that Ross & Hall isn’t all beer. We’ll have a full menu of carefully chosen wine, bourbon, and other spirits as well.
New Restaurant. New Menu.
Don’t just assume that this is State & Allen 2.0. While we’ll definitely be bringing the best of State & Allen to Dallas’ newest restaurant, we’ll also be customizing the menu to the palette of the area. Expect to see new entrees on the menu, and we’ll continue to tweak that menu as the restaurant opens and feedback is given. Ross & Hall may be a mere 3 miles from State & Allen, but we recognize that this is a different area and we want you to call it your own!

As with State & Allen and Social Pie, the owners of Ross & Hall value our environment. State & Allen has gone through rigorous steps to be awarded as one of the greenest restaurants in Dallas, and you can expect that Ross & Hall will be no exception. It’s the little things that add up and make a difference.
