On the bistro menu, may we recommend the brand new Crab Stuffed Manicotti, drizzled in a vodka sauce and served with asparagus, corn, and mozzarella toast. Or maybe a Berkshire Pork Tenderloin? Juicy tenderloin is wrapped in bacon and covered in a warm cider glaze, served alongside fingerling potatoes and an arugula salad. Either one is sure to please.
Burgers are a specialty around here, and we don’t take the term lightly. At State & Allen, you won’t find an average burger. How about giving the Sweet Heat Burger a try instead? The secret is in the patty, made from a special blend of Waygu beef and Berkshire Tenderloin. Peppery bacon, brie, and candied jalapenos top this burger masterpiece.
Want to go meatless? Give the Garden Veggie Pita a try. You’ll find it loaded with avocado, greens, heirloom tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, parsley, and a little Oaxaca cheese.
