The Patio is Open: 3 Reasons it's Time to Come Join Us!
Friends and guests – we’ve missed you!
Here are 3 reasons to head over and join us at State & Allen, one of the best restaurants in Dallas:
1. Safety is of our Utmost Concern
We realize it can be daunting to venture back out and enjoy a meal at a restaurant as things get back to normal. At State & Allen, we want you to know that your safety – and the safety of our employees – is paramount. We have taken extra precautions to ensure health and safety for all involved. What does that mean? First of all, it’s patio seating only right now, with tables spaced for added social distancing while dining. Secondly, it’s masks and gloves for all of our kitchen staff, plus temperatures taken upon arrival to work. We know this makes it hard to see their faces but know there are smiles behind those masks! Lastly, we’ll be using more paper products in the days to come. All menus are disposable; all serveware are disposable. Nothing will be reused to minimize contact. This one is hard for us because we pride ourselves on going green and reducing our paper good usage, but safety takes precedent in this season! Still have a little anxiety? We’ve set up sanitizer stations for sanitizing anytime.
2. It’s Patio Weather!
It’s the best time of the year to join State & Allen, one of the best good restaurants in Downtown Dallas, for patio weather! This Spring in Dallas has been beautiful, and we’ve already missed precious afternoons to sit and people watch. Wait no longer! State & Allen’s patio is the perfect perch for a craft beer and entree, mimosa and brunch, or just chips and salsa with a cocktail. And don’t forget – dogs are welcome on our patio too!
3. Scratch Kitchen Cooking!
Have you learned any new culinary skills during the quarantine? Sick of cooking and cleaning dishes? Yep – we hear ya! Let someone else do the cooking! State & Allen is scratch kitchen gourmet cooking, offering a wide selection of delicious menu options to suit any mood. Our bistro favorites include options like the Shrimp Fettucine, featuring homemade pasta with smoked fresno cream sauce, sundried tomatoes, bacon, and juicy shrimp, and the New York Strip, with smashed red potatoes and peppercorn gravy. We also have burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, and starters too!
